I suggest in addition to the Glideslope bar in the 'ILS' to display eiter a table with the calculated altitudes per NM to the threshold or just the altitude for the closest NM to go on the approach. The advised Rate of Descent may be added as well.

This based on the distance from the threshold of the selected runway, field or threshold elevation and the slope as in the settings.
